After installation my electrician explained that he had installed the light fitting big that the top of the light fitting wasn't level...I contacted Mases Lighting who told me they would contact manufacturer but haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointing.
I and impressed with the quality and look of this fan and the excellent service and price provided by Mases Lighting.
The fan works well and is quiet.

We ordered the above pendant light. The courier somehow managed to deliver at the wrong address . Once I notified Kerim at Mases lighting he took it upon himself to personally deliver the light the very next day. Quite rare to find this kind of custumer service nowadays. We have since then made a few more purchases and the service is second to none.
The team at Mases lighting was beyond helpful and responsive to my product inquries and order forfillment.
The price was more competive they other suppliers for the same product and my order arrived within 2 days, delivered by a courier to my front door!
Could not rate this supplier any higher.
Will certainly re use Mases lighting for future lighting orders.
